She recently left the team again, this time for the Asian Games - the third time this season she's left the Liberty to represent China - and the Liberty temp suspended her again. Assuming she doesn't return before the end of the playoffs, which seems unlikely given the Asian Games don't end until October 8, she should be Suspended-Contract Expired. She'd be Reserved anyway, which in practice is virtually the same, so it doesn't make a lot of difference.
